Show Coordination and Prepayments
We fill out all necessary show forms so you don't have to!
Plus, we know what to look for and can help save you money.
We coordinate exhibit details to show manual and your specifications.
Approx. 3-4 hours per show + the cost of the prepayments.
(Fees and pre-payments are due before the display ships out.)
Pre-Show
Prepare Display
Document Inventory: Make adjustments to booth for the specs of the specific show, co-ordinate graphics.
Check Lights
Label Shipping Packages and Crates
Prepare Bills of Lading for transportation to and from show.
During Show
Onsite setup and teardown supervision and staff availability during your trade show event.
Post Show
Take inventory of exhibit pieces
Assess condition
Notification of any damage or missing parts
Sort & return pieces to proper cases
Custom Exhibit Storage
Monthly fee, charged annually.
Exhibit storage at ExPrT's climate controlled & sprinklered facility.
We also build crates and have shipping materials.
Transportation
Transportation to and from your show site with our dedicated service.
We usually use an air carrier who goes to convention centers with very few convention center rates. Transportation fees are quoted on a per show basis.
Trade Show Turnkey Services are charged at an hourly rate.
Additional Fees for Onsight Supervision - In addition to the hourly rate, fees include: transportation to and from show, lodging and expenses for the duration of the show.
