Miller Brands Dimensional Sign
These signs were created from multiple layers of plastics, stacked one atop the other to form these highly detailed pieces. The finished plastic logos were then fitted into aluminum rings for framing and mounting on the building.
As the Miller Brands division is the division of Miller Brewing Company responsible for making sure their logos are always used correctly, we at ExPrT feel honored to have been choosen to create the representation of their logos on their building.
Wellington Equipment Dimensional Sign
This logo and lettering was produced from a 1" thick exterior foam material called DuraFoam. For this project, prior to CNC cutting them to shape, a solid metal surface was applied to the material facing.
After the cutting was complete, the edges of the lettering were painted with a metalic paint to simulate the coloring of the metal letter facing.
HellermannTyton Dimensional Sign
These letters were created entirely in aluminum which was CNC cut to the size and shaping of the corporate logo. The letters were then given their dimension by fitting and welding 3" deep aluminum plating around all of the letter's edges. Finally, they were painted to match the corporate color scheme with high grade enamel paints.
Trackside Inn Dimensional Sign
These signs were created entirely from exterior grade MDO plywood materials - each 1/2" thick layer being cut to the indiviual component shape of the logo and hand painted using high grade enamel paints.
The finished pieces were then assembled from front to back in order to eliminate any patching on the already finished painted surfaces.
Satisloh Dimensional Sign
This logo was created using a material unique to the signage industry called SignFoam - a high density compressed polyurethane material suitable for both dimensional pieces and sandblasting.
The letters were cut in the logo style by hand and were finish coated with high grade enamel paints.
Electromotive Systems Monument Sign
This sign was created using a decorative shaped masonry block structure with dimensional lettering and graphics applied.
Upon completion, the masonry was primed and finish coated with exterior grade latex paints. All lettering on this sign was produced from CNC cut 1/4" thick aluminum material, finished with high grade enamel paints and mounted direct to the finished masonry structure.
Rexam Monument Sign
The entire sign depicted here was created from lightweight aluminum materials.
The main body and uprights were welded from 1/8" thick aluminum and finished with high grade enamel paint. The logo was CNC cut from 1/2" thick aluminum and was also finished in enamel paints before applying to the base sign structure. The tagline lettering was cut from self-adhesive vinyl material.
Electromotive Systems Monument Sign
The facing of this sign was created by CNC cutting the logo and lettering through 1/8" thick aluminum material. The material was then attached to a standard aluminum sign box with internal lighting.
After painting was completed, the reverse cut logo and lettering were backed with translucent colored plastic materials to allow the internal light to shine through.
International Food Solutions Monument Sign
This complete sign was created from lightweight aluminum materials.
The body was welded from 1/8" thick aluminum and finished with high grade enamel paint. The logo was CNC cut from a combination of 1/4" thick and 1/2" thick aluminum and was also finished in enamel paints before applying to the base sign structure.
Alpha Laval Monument Sign
The base structure of this sign was produced from poured concrete. Upon completion of the molding of the base it was then sealed and painted with exterior grade latex paints.
The logo and lettering work on this sign was produced from CNC cut 1/2" thick aluminum material, painted with high grade enamel paints. The finished lettering was then studed into the concrete.
Sussex Plastics Monument Sign
The facing of this sign was created by CNC cutting the logo and lettering through 1/8" thick aluminum material. The material was then attached to a standard aluminum sign box with internal lighting.
After painting was completed, the reverse cut logo and lettering were backed with translucent white plastic materials to allow the internal light to shine through.
The completed sign was then set atop a standard masonry base which was finish painted with exterior grade latex paints.
Village of Menomonee Falls Sandblasted Sign
These signs were created from 1 1/2" thick premium grade Cedar wood. After edge gluing of the boards to create the sign background, the pieces were then cut to the finished shape of the signs.
After final shaping, the wooden backgrounds were masked with a rubber sandblasting material which was then hand cut to the shape of the logo and lettering and the excess rubber material was removed. The signs were then sandblasted and everywhere the rubber material existed remained raised while the background was etched away.
Upon completion, the signs were finished with a combination of stains and exterior grade latex paints.
Davians Sandblasted Sign
This sign, and many others on the property, were part of a complete refurbishing project which included multiple repairs & refinishing of existing signs, as well as the production of new signs to match the existing.
The existing signs required numerous structural repairs and patching. Many of the signs also require replacement of the current posts and support structures.
Upon finishing of the repairs, the signs were all re-sealed and finish coated with the "new" corporate color scheme using exterior grade latex paints.
Additional new signs for the project were produced using matching 1 1/2" thick premium grade Cedar wood materials and were produced by matching the logo and lettering styles from the originals.
Mequon Country Estates Sandblasted Sign
This sign was created from 1 1/2" thick premium grade Cedar wood. After edge gluing of the boards to create the sign background, the pieces were then cut to the finished shape of the sign.
After final shaping, the wooden background was masked with a rubber sandblasting material which was then hand cut to the shape of the lettering and the excess rubber material was removed. The sign was then sandblasted and everywhere the rubber material existed remained raised while the background was etched away.
Upon completion, the sign was finished with a combination of stains and exterior grade latex paints. The finished sign was mounted to solid Cedar posts, stained to match the sign color.
Braden Plumbing Vehicle Graphics
The complete fleet of trucks for this company was lettered using high performance exterior grade computer cut vinyl materials.
The materials were cut and applied by individual color to form the final image.
S. Rosen's Bakery Vehicle Graphics
The graphics for these trucks were produced in a combination of computer cut vinyl material for all 1 color imagery and inkjet printed graphics for all photographic imagery.
The finished imagery is all self-adhesive and was applied directly to the vehicle.
